I'm an integrator by instinct — I build bridges across teams and organizations to expand what's possible. At P.S.S. Urology, I partnered with Medtronic to develop universal connection compatibility and with ERBE USA to do the same — expanding marketplace capability beyond what either company offered alone, creating meaningful new value for hospitals and providers. I also structured a capital finance program with a regional bank that optimized lifecycle capital flow and eliminated the need to hold depreciating assets while growing the company.
